WinterFest starts off with Late Night Shopping, Friday, Dec. 13 where retailers, restaurants and bars are staying open until at least 8 p.m. You can shop after work and then enjoy dinner out on the town.
Vendors will also be at the Depot, Friday, Dec. 13th from 4-8 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 14th from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.
The complete schedule will be released the week of December 2nd.

Tractor Hayrides: Friday, Dec. 13 from 6 -7 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 14 from 2-4 p.m. Take a ride through downtown – Pickup and drop off will be at Depot Park.
Breakfast with Santa – 8. – 9:30 a.m. at the Jeffrey Center. Sponsored by the Rotary Club.
Ice Adventures: Includes the Ice Carving Competition starting Saturday at 9 a.m. throughout downtown and the Ice Cube Hunt at starting at 4 p.m. at Depot Park.
Winter Skate at the Park: Bring your own skates – Daily Noon – 9 p.m., Skate Rental Fridays – 4-9 p.m. and Saturdays – Noon – 9 p.m. Ran by a non-profit group.
“First Responder” Charity Tug – Saturday, Dec. 14th, 10 a.m. at Depot Park.
Starlight Christmas Parade – 5 p.m. Saturday Dec. 14th, Downtown Rawlins. Sponsored by the Rawlins Chamber of Commerce.
Free Showing of “The Grinch”: 11 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 15th at The Movies III. A gift from Ryta and Steve Sondergard for the holidays! First Come, First Serve. Doors open at 10:30 a.m.
